You are the Procurement & Logistics Manager and like to do it yourself. You are the doer to become the successor of Head of Procurement.
- Carrying out tenders, drafting requirements, negotiating contracts, coordinating all issues relevant to internal and external stakeholders
- Act as intermediate between supplier, requester and management for the provision of products and services
- Secure and optimize the availability of products and services to the best available market prices and commercial conditions. Take measures wherever required to optimise the benefit to the organisation
- Prepare and manage tenders (RFx) in best practice and close collaboration with all relevant requesters, business units. Ensure timely involvement of all internal and external stakeholders
- Define with the stakeholders: product, service and support requirements, which shall be part of pricing models by taking into account all relevant cost elements (TCO), optimization of cost structures to gain substantial values for the organisation
- Lead best practice negotiations for the acquisition of the commodities aligned with the sourcing strategies jointly agreed with the stakeholders and management
- Analyse and evaluate proposals and offers of the tenderers, negotiate commercial agreements aligned with requirements in line with procurement processes and compliant with all standards, policies and processes
- Establish excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders for the implementation of sourcing/category plans with strong focus in creation of values for the organisation
- Benchmark systematically cost and service performance together with the requester, do risk management of the providers, means proactive supplier management across all commodities
- Drive supply chain to ensure all time the availability of the commodities for Quickline Partners
- Contribute actively to the financial planning of the organisation and reporting of spends and savings
- University degree, FH or equivalent job experience
- At least 10 years' experience in sourcing of telecom or equivalent product and services in an international environment
- Proven success in carrying out and managing all contract-related activities independently
- Proven experience in managing all types of supply chain activities
- Proven leadership skill in people management and cross functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in doing and managing of sourcing projects and the implementation of sourcing strategies in different spend categories
- Experience in the sourcing categories business and customer services such as telecom product, implementation and support service, marketing services, supply chain, customer contact centers, energy, external resources, and consultancy services etc
- Proficient in drawing up contracts (T&C), technical specifications, detailed service descriptions and SLAs, you know all time what to do
- Proven records in managing cross functional teams during the evaluation processes to achieve outstanding sourcing results
- Proven skills in supply chain management to ensure timely delivery
- Fluent written and spoken English and German (mother tongue), French will be an added value
