The AO Foundation is a medically guided, not-for-profit organization led by an international group of surgeons specialized in the treatment of trauma and disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Founded in 1958 by a group of visionary surgeons, today, the AO has a global network of 200,000 health care professionals. Each year it offers over 830 educational events around the world, which are supported by nearly 9,000 faculty and are attended by over 58,000 participants. It has 20,000 surgeon members working in the fields of trauma, spine, craniomaxillofacial (CMF), veterinary, and reconstructive surgery.We are looking for a highly motivated individual for our finance team in Davos as a Finance (IT) Project Manager (f/m)In this role you will:

- Work in strategic finance/IT projects as solution delivery specialist and/or project manager
- Identify, collect and manage user requirements (new and change requests), work out concepts and specifications, moderate workshops and coordinate tasks, configure systems, and contribute to testing activities as well as data migration tasks
- Proactively participate in the evaluation, design and selection of new solutions, considering internal policies, business requirements and project budgets
- Support project teams consisting of business stakeholders, functional experts, developers and external providers
- Work with other local or global support or business units and subject matter experts in providing and implementing an integrated service delivery.
- Design and create application training materials and resources and manage the roll-out of the training process

The successful applicant will have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, finance, or other relevant education
- A proven track record of project implementations (preferably enterprise resource planning [ERP]) in the finance and controlling area in an international environment/organization
- Solid project management and PMO expertise in a global organization matrix setup (IT consultant experience is a plus)
- Excellent understanding of business processes in finance and controlling
- Possesses the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels and functions
- Strong drive for success and high level of commitment
- Willingness to learn and develop yourself and your colleagues
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (German is a plus)
