IT governance specialist
We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Governance Specialist to join our lively international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands!
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IT governance strategies, policies, and procedures related to IAM, Logical Security, and PAM in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Design, evaluate, and improve the overall IAM and logical security framework within the organization, ensuring the protection of critical assets and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce access control policies, user provisioning/deprovisioning processes, and privilege management procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security gaps and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide subject matter expertise on IAM solutions and support the selection, implementation, and integration of IAM tools, such as the One Identity Suite.
- Monitor and analyze security events, incident reports, and audit logs to detect and respond to security incidents promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards in IAM, logical security, and PAM, and recommend appropriate measures to enhance the organization's security posture.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience as an IT Governance Specialist or a similar role, specifically focused on IAM, logical security, and PAM in large corporate environments.
In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices, including user lifecycle management, role-based access control, and single sign-on (SSO).
Experience with Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions and methodologies.
Strong understanding of logical security controls, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and audit logging.
Familiarity with One Identity Suite or similar IAM platforms is a plus.
Language - Italian bilingual
