The European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) is a non-profit association of clinicians, researchers and allied health professionals, dedicated to improving the health of people affected by allergic diseases.
With more than 12,000 members from 124 countries and over 70 National Allergy Societies, EAACI is the primary source of expertise in Europe for all aspects of allergy.
For our EAACI Headquarters based in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for a highly motivated IT Project Assistant (m/f)80-100% to join our international team of 17 employees.
IT Project Assistant (m/f) 80-100%
Monitoring and troubleshooting the office IT infrastructure (external servers, shared drive, O365 solutions)
First level support to team members, determining hardware and software issues
Maintaining current IT systems and enhancements implementations
Responsible forsubprojects for CRM/ERP implementation in collaboration with external agencies and relevant HQ team members
Contribute to further development and maintenance of EAACI’s internal digital platforms
Managing the EAACI Membership database, providing direct support to EAACI members
University or education degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Informatics
At least 3 years of experience working in an IT position
Very good hardware and software knowledge of latest products
Knowledge of web content management systems and HTML/CSS
Project management experience within the IT field would be an asset
Understanding of CRM software and marketing automation and its effective use would be an asset
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with board members, stakeholders and headquarters team
Experience in working in an international/multicultural environment
Self-motivated and willing to learn and develop new skills
Excellent oral and written communication in English
