As a Digital Account Manager for Nespresso CH, your main goal will be to increase New Member Acquisition, by optimizing conversion, sell-out, brand visibility, alternative channel, and investments. You will ensure that the visibility of Nespresso is consistent with its position on the market and that the Nespresso image is respected, also by optimizing Customer journeys.

A Day in the Life of a Digital Account Manager

  • Establish the Sales Online Strategy for the machine category by E-retailers and lead its execution, based on deep understanding of shopper and customers data and insights
  • Implement an acquisition strategy for partners and driving the E-Business strategy
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new accounts and nurture positive and efficient long-term relationships
  • Execute promotional activities in collaboration with the campaigns manager
  • Initiate and implement Category Management initiatives in collaboration with Nespresso Trade Marketing and Key Accounts
  • Understand consumer, trade and marketing insights mastering available analytical tools in the market (e.g., GfK)

What will make you successful

  • First experience in sales environment (Digital environment, ideally in distribution of high end or mass market products
  • Proven track record in Account Management or Business Development
  • Category Manager in retail industry
  • Exposure to customer
  • Premium Brand Management as asset
  • Demonstrate expertise in household appliance category or in the coffee branch as asset
  • German native (Swiss German ideally), French and English
