Are you our new team leader for the Professionals Engineering division at the Zurich location?

Teamlead Professionals Engineering

Your typical working day will include

• Managing and motivating your employees in the Professionals Engineering division
• Building and establishing customer and business relationships in the engineering sector
• Budget responsibility, sales management and action planning for your team
• Continuous market and industry analysis with a view to strategic market development
• Proactive placement of highly qualified specialists and managers with our customers
• Evaluation of success-relevant KPIs and tracking of agreed targets
• Intensive collaboration with the Management Team Professionals
• Acquiring new clients and creating opportunities, sales and networking: you are fully in your element. There is no greater challenge for you than acquiring new customers and orders. Your work is candidate-orientated. To strengthen and expand your network of contacts, you regularly attend networking events and professional group meetings.
• You are the specialist in the field of engineering: you recognise market trends, know which questions clients are asking and are a solid discussion partner. You immerse yourself in the client's business, think about talent opportunities and offer the right Randstad Professionals service. With the goal: a golden match between talents and clients.
• You guide and support professionals: not only clients, but also candidates or colleagues who work with you and can count on your commitment. You know what drives them, advise them on their personal development in the life science sector and contribute to a smooth HR cycle.
  

What we are looking for:

• You have a university degree, ideally in a business administration/commercial field
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of recruitment and selection
• You have initial professional or disciplinary management responsibility, ideally in the IT, engineering or life science sector
• You are fluent in English. Other languages such as German and/or French are expected.
• As a networker, you are able to bring (potential) clients and specialists together
• You are a professional dialogue partner with a charismatic personality and a customer-oriented attitude.
• You are sales-orientated and results-driven
