- Enabling and promoting effective and clear communication within the team and other departments
- Close Collaboration with other departments and line managers in order to achieve the goals
- Resource Management under consideration of budget and time
- Coordinating tasks according to the competencies and availability of the team members
- Performance management and support of learning as well as career planning
- Supporting decision processes and problem solving as well as decision making under consideration of budget and rules
- Continuous improvement to increase efficiency and innovation
- Responsibility in projects regarding technical, economic and time constraints
- Project planning under consideration of resources, feasibility and timing
- Successful further education or studies in automation or relevant work experience
- Experience in the realization of automation projects in logistics
- Knowledge of EPLAN P8 electrical engineering
- Results-oriented and independent working style
- Pro-active communication
- Ideally experience as a team lead
- Proficient German and English language skills
