Younergy is on the lookout for a skilled and dynamic IT Systems Administrator to help us to take on the day-to-day hands-on management of a diverse range of IT tools and services crucial to our company's operations. If you’re analytical with a drive to incrementally improve processes daily, we want to hear from you!

What will be your main activities ?

• Administer a wide array of IT tools and services, including Salesforce, Google Workspace, 3CX, Bexio, and inFlow
• Manage physical and virtual computer resources, including laptops and shared Windows servers
• Oversee user accounts, licenses, and access permissions
• Respond to diverse user support requests and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Take an active role in the planning and control of the IT budget
• Develop and enforce processes related to cyber security, privacy, disaster recovery, user on/offboarding, and other critical areas
• Implement automation, process improvements, and systems integration to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tools
• Work closely with the CIO, MD, and other senior staff to analyze business goals and IT requirements, ensuring alignment and delivery

What qualifications do you need?

• Native French speaker and proficient in English. German is a plus, another language an extra plus
• Rapid learning ability for new tools and processes
• Interest in evaluating current and future tools, with confidence to make recommendations on adoption, migration, and end-of-life decisions
• Broad technical skills and understanding, capable of confidently working across various tools and learning as you go
• Extensive background/experience with core tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 suite
• Business/data process analysis, contributing to IT systems that drive improvements
• Scripting/coding/database/data modelling experience
