Compliance Senior Analyst 100% (m/f)

Job Summary 

In this multifaceted position you will be responsible for providing support in general in tasks related to the assessment of contractual relationships, educational grants and other interactions with Healthcare Professionals as well as the representation of the EMEA Compliance Office in Compliance Committees as designated by the EMEA Compliance Officer. This position involves exposure to highly sensitive information such as contracts with Healthcare Professionals and requires the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. It also requires considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

 

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Prepares compliance analysis related to the Corporate Compliance Program (CCP)
  • Supports the establishment, maintenance and update of written policies and procedures related to the CCP
  • Initiates appropriate corrective & preventive actions for Compliance policies violations or other process deviations with involved Team Members
  • Represents the EMEA Compliance Office in Compliance Committee as designated
  • Prepares training material and logistics to educate and train employees on CCP policies and procedures, compliance best practices, FCPA, and related matters
  • Supports the organization with internal/external trainings and meetings (incl. drafting of presentation and training material, travel logistics, etc.)
  • Reviews requests submitted to Compliance, particularly requests for HCP agreements and educational grants through the Arrangements Management System
  • Supports the handling and prioritization of questions/requests related to the Compliance policies and procedures
  • First point of contact for employees of other departments in regards to the Arrangements Management System
  • Conducting procedural and system training under the supervision of the Compliance management
  • Conducts background checks on HCPs, institutions, business partners and affiliates
  • Monitoring/tracking Healthcare Professionals interactions through systems and through reports submitted to Compliance


Your Qualifications and Experience: 

  • A Swiss working permit (or EU) is required
  • B.S. degree or equivalent, preferably including formal studies in business, law, management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 7 years Legal/Compliance work experience. 5 years work experience as Internal Auditor or Business Auditor will also be considered
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong communication in French is an asset. Spanish or any additional language is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a significant workload in a fast-paced, high-stressed environment
  • Must be detail oriented, have ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, and have a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, judgment and cultural sensitivity
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, handle stressful situations, use initiative and innovation to handle issues and make decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, (Live-link) and the ability to learn new software applications. MediSpend/Ariba-System experience is a plus

 

Travel Requirements:  

Occasional travel to southern Europe is required; 10 – 20%.
