At Bavarian Nordic Berna, the Swiss affiliate there are - beside manufacturing activities – professionals in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supply Chain and Regulatory affairs working. On the Swiss site in Thörishaus / Bern there are approx. 160 dedicated and committed professionals working locally and globally. 

We are looking for candidates who is located in Bern (CH) to support all of our sites in Switzerland, Denmark, Germany and in the US. You will work partially at the site in Bern or remotely. To fill this important position in the newly formed Global Quality Systems team, we are looking for a

The main tasks are:

• Act as process manager for the Record Management process
• Responsible for how our EDMS systems work
• Responsible for how our physical paper archive system works
• Lead global meetings with stakeholder to improve the processes
• Define and execute on the continuous improvement plan
• Own and maintain Policies, SOPs and Work Instructions
• Define & assist in test/validation of changes to Veeva Quality

You will report to the Head of Global Quality Systems.

What you bring to the table:

• Ideally university degree in pharmacy our other natural sciences
• +5 years of professional experience with record management / QMS process / archival processes and/or systems
• Proven track record of driving global quality processes across the organization
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience with driving cross-organizational SME network / groups
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and German
• Experienced in electronic and/or paper record management systems / processes and electronic Document and Quality Management Systems
• Good project management skills and experience
