In this position, you will bepart of the project management team. In close collaboration with internal and external resources, you will be in charge of developing complete processes integrating both the Company’s multiple innovative ideas and the partners’s specifics demands. You will be involved in the projects from the pre-study to the industrialization of the full plant, as part of multidisciplinary project teams.

Main responsibilities

• Optimization and follow-up the chemical leaching process and the water treatment in our first plant.
• Project management of the chemical leaching process and the water treatment for our future plants (prepare OPEX, CAPEX and ROI calculations, size components, machines and modules, draw P&IDs, make scale-up tests, USR, manage external partners and suppliers, make FAT/SAT, commissioning of new equipment, manage technical documentation and work procedures).
• Relationship with authorities and external consultants regarding process, chemical and environ-mental safety (risk analysis, air and water rejects).
• Technical support regarding maintenance (spare parts management, preventive actions, criti-cality analysis, periodic maintenance stops, …).

Your profile

• Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering and/or Process Chemistry
• 3+ years of experience in the water treatment for industrial applications
• Experience in Incinerator Bottom Ash, mineral material processes or recycling industry is a plus.
• Comfortable with P&ID drawings.
• Good knowledge of the handling of liquid chemicals and slurries (pumps and piping networks, filters, sieves, clarifiers, …).
• Knowledge of automation principles (functional descriptions, EMSR equipment, SIL levels, …).
• Willing to travel to our plants in Switzerland for technical support.
• Open minded, innovative, self-motivated, flexible, team player
• Fluent in English. Good knowledge of German and / or French is a plus.
