Your tasks Define and lead knowledge management (KM) initiatives
Build up a knowledge management understanding and carry out the communication within the organization
Manage of KM solutions and services
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the R&D KM strategy
Network with other KM professionals within and outside the organization
Demonstrate the use of social networks and stay up to date in the field of knowledge management Your profile Master's degree or equivalent. Formal education in knowledge management, organizational learning or a relevant discipline is a plus
Minimum 2 years' experience within R&D and as a plus in agile methodologies
Experience in content, stakeholder or taxonomy management, information architecture or knowledge transfer
Able to learn quickly and master a wide variety of tools and processes
Ability to foster an inclusive and diverse working culture
