As the Head of IT Governance, you are responsible to ensure that our IT systems, processes, policies, and resources are compliant, efficient, and effective. You also lead the partner management function, managing the relationship with strategic suppliers of services for CIO unit. You support CIO business unit in financial governance, both during planning and budgeting, as well as with a regular and scrupulous cost control of Opex and Capex spending. Finally, you lead the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organization.

• Supporting CIO business unit in defining and implementing the best vendor strategy; overseeing the performance and relationship of our external partners
• Interfacing with other internal functions (such as Procurement or Finance Controlling) to ensure alignment on governance topics
• Establishing and maintaining IT governance structures, processes, and mechanisms to ensure alignment with the organization's vision, mission, values, and goals
• Developing and monitoring IT performance indicators, metrics, and dashboards to measure and report on IT value delivery, risk management, and compliance
• Conducting regular IT audits, assessments, and reviews to identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Supporting the CIO business unit in managing IT risks and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, frameworks, and standards
• Leading and mentoring the IT governance team and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in telco industry
• Experience in IT Governance: partnership relationship keeping, cost planning and control, audit and compliance
• Professional experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Independent and assertive personality, with hands-on mentality
• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, willing to go the extra mile and great commitment
• Communicative, independent, and goal-oriented
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German and other languages are an advantage
