After a successful implementation of SAP in Skyguide, we are now looking to leverage this tool by enhancing existing functionalities and add new functionalities. Your mission will then be to accompany Finance and Purchasing functions to formulate and priorities their needs to closely collaborate collaboration with Corporate IT to design and implement technical solutions :
- Coordination with Finance and Purchasing teams to identify and formalize requests for ERP enhancements
- Work with functional management and IT to review, validate and plan new changes to the ERP solution
- Identification of change impacts on organization and processes and works with Continuous Improvement Expert to communicate and train on changes
- Organization of recurrent governance meetings to monitor backlog delivery
Your profile :
- Master degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- SAP certification and expertise
- Proven record working on Financial Support Systems and supporting process change
- Good knowledge of Finance and procurement processes
- IT-Solution orientation and ability to understand and formulate change requests ( functional/technical-wise)
- Stakeholder management with strong communication skills
- English/French, German would be an Asset
