Marketing and Digital Project Manager Clinic H/F
Role Purpose


The role aims to drive growth and foster strong relationships through strategic CRM initiatives and digital marketing efforts, enhancing client retention, engagement, and conversion. It also involves spearheading innovative communication and PR strategies to amplify brand presence and align with the company's overarching business objectives.


Main Accountabilities

Digital Marketing

  • Produce compelling editorial and visual content for social media, websites, and other communication channels in alignment with the clinic's brand guidelines.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations for the clinic, especially in terms of conversion and lead management
  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns and digital marketing efforts, in relationship with the Head of Digital.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media activities using analytical tools to provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to derive insights and implications for the company.

PR, Media & Communication

  • Investigate new communication strategies and potential partnerships.
  • Create and manage both offline and online events for PR and media partners/stakeholders.
  • Perform market trend analysis to identify opportunities and segmentation strategies and establish relevant KPIs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with the company's overall objectives.

CRM

  • Formulate and execute a CRM strategy and initiatives to meet business targets and key CRM indicators such as client retention and development.
  • Implement strategies to convert prospects into loyal clients.
  • Organize and conduct both offline and online client events.
Your profile
  • Holds a University degree
  • Possesses 2-5 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce/digital, ideally within the cosmetics sector
  • Enthusiastic about brand building and managing product portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of the social media industry
  • Strong knowledge in content creation
  • Exhibits strong analytical abilities along with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive and meticulous in work habits
  • Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of German is advantageous
  • Demonstrates robust communication capabilities, with a knack for influencing and networking among both colleagues and external partners
