Accountant
- Record daily account payables/receivables and other transactions in company’s accounting system
- Management/Reporting of Daily Cashflow and Credit control
- Invoice issuance and verification of incoming invoices
- Check account enquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for multiple currencies and multiple companies
- Prepare Quarterly Financial Reports and adhoc reports for Management
- Investigate & address balance sheet reconciling items/aged items, identify action items and owners on a timely basis/ General Ledger Maintenance
- Assist external partners with any inquiries regarding invoicing and payments
- Propose Improvements and automate existing processes
- Statutory reporting
- VAT declaration, other taxes & fiscal declaration required
- Preparation of Trader P/L
- Assist with External Auditing requirements
- General knowledge of Swiss Labour law
- Knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
