Project Assistant (M/W/D)
For our Techfirm Industrial Services team, we would like to integrate an
Project assistant (M/W/D)
Ready to join us in Switzerland to take up new challenges together!
WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS ?
- Provide administrative support for the project manager and the project team.
- On-board new project team members, including introducing and installing IT equipment.
- Manage document management in Sharepoint.
- Handle visitor registrations.
- Organize meetings and conference rooms.
- Coordinate events, including catering arrangements.
- Create presentations, communications, lists, etc.
- Generate purchase requisitions, IW orders in SAP, and Ariba transactions.
- Control invoices in Unifier.
- Manage and control time reports.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU ?
- Currently undergoing vocational training or studies, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sharepoint.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Possesses a strong and resilient personality with a flexible mindset.
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Exhibits good communication skills and quick comprehension abilities.
