What you will do:

• Develop the IT-related strategies for technology, architecture and suppliers in full alignment with Comet’s corporate goals and deployment to all stakeholders including Executive Committee
• Manage and steer the IT technology budget end resources
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions/services and innovation and educate all employees in best practices in these fields
• Build and maintain trustful relationships with external partners universities and regulators
• Ensure seamless compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

What you bring:

• University degree in information technology or comparable
• Profound experience across different sectors in IT, preferably with some in international manufacturing environments
• Profound and broad technology and methodology know-how in software development, cloud computing, hybrid enterprise architecture, with focus on current and future
• Experience in M&A due diligence and post-merger integration planning
• Experience in license and contract management and with knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy
• Pronounced personal and methodological competences to foster strong leadership, strong stakeholder management and success in complex and fast changing environments
