Leads Development Representative
The successful candidate will be based in Montreux and will evolve within our international and dynamic team. We're looking for an enthusiastic candidate with the appreciation and understanding of different cultures for engaging audiences and promoting our 5 different schools.
Role: Sales / Lead Development Representative
§ Qualify leads at the initial stages of the sales funnel (leads coming mainly from marketing campaigns). § Contact potential prospects through different channels (email, phone, social medias ) and educate them on Swiss Education Group (Campuses, programs, requirements etc.). § Pass on "sales qualified" leads to closers. § Manage CRM data and processes. § Collaborate with Marketing in order to improve the quality of "Marketing Qualified Leads".
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales / Leads Development
§ Respond, engage and qualify new inbound leads and inquiries providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects. § Interact with prospects with a high attention to detail. § Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate "products"/Solutions. § Develop and execute a viable, sustainable and measurable action plan, including emails and call scripts. § Track all relevant lead activity using Salesforce and maintain detailed documentation. § Actively engage new leads & present our services & products using various communication channels. § Providing in depth information to the Sales team to facilitate closure of sales. § Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of X calls / Y emails per day. § Stay informed and up to date with all our products & services. § Ability, in some occasions, to follow-up and assist leads until closure. § Quarterly update of Sales plan: objectives, strategy, action points. § Monitor markets (based on online leads) to identify sales opportunities. § Occasionally qualify outbound leads.
§ Diligently update Salesforce, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups. § Work closely with other teams to develop market intelligence. § Provide student related statistics to line manager & Sales team
Experiences and qualifications:
§ High school diploma (or equivalent) required. BA in Sales, Marketing, Communication or Business Administration - are considered as a plus. § 1-3 years work experience in sales, customer service, communication or business development. § Experience in higher education or luxury - considered a plus. § Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM strongly desired. § Successful track record of working with different stakeholders / departments in a global and multicultural working environment.
§ Fluent in English. Any other European language and advantage. § Outgoing personality. § Ability to analyze, determine and implement best course of action to create win-win scenarios. § Positive attitude, goal oriented and wishing to exceed expectations. § Proactive person & charismatic personality § Flexibility - ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced business setup. § Great communication (written and verbal) with enthusiastic personality and with excellent listening skills. § Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic. § Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. § Foresight to anticipate issues, set priorities and develop strong relationships § Strong problem-solving skills § Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
