En tant que nouveau membre de notre équipe, vous serez impliqué dans notre équipe administration et vos tâches seront décrites ci-dessous
Rôle
- Actively participates in the preparation of the Organizations’ certifications
- Participates in the Internal and External Audits for Organizations’ certifications
- Participates in the implementation of the Training Plan for the Organization
- Participates in the establishment of required Plans and Policies required for Certifications prior to Top Management approval
- Participates in tenders supporting the bidding team with Quality and HSE documentation
- Coordinates the collection of inputs from various departments for the preparation of the audits: job orders, risk analysis, …
- Prepares analysis and suggestions for future certifications (Safety at work, Environment)
- Plans the organization of the company documentation and filing (for documents required for certifications)
- Collect and verify the information necessary for compliances, (trace etc.) as required and instructed by the manager
- Assists in the redaction of processes and guidelines where needed
Profil
- CFC employé de commerce ou équivalent
- Bonnes connaissances de l’anglais (B2)
- Esprit d'équipe et bonne gestion des priorités;
- Précision, bonne organisation, fiabilité, respect des délais
- Très bonnes connaissances du Pack MS Office
