We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team. You don't need to be an expert in electric cars, but if you care about green ideas and making stuff work better, you're the one we want.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper functioning of electric vehicle charging solutions, whether through installation or troubleshooting, both onsite and remotely.
- Prepare reports and instructional materials to aid both customers and colleagues in understanding systems.
- Train customers on maintaining their charging systems and provide helpful guides.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to enhance products and processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in electrical engineering (CFC, Alternance, or other)
- Minimum of two years of on-site experience.
- Previous experience in electrical systems and troubleshooting (electrical cabinets, AC/DC, transformers, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, potentially up to 50% of the time.
- Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a plus.
