Your skills
- Commercial training or 1-2 years of professional experience in the online industry.
- Strong communication personality, you can respond well to different customer needs.
- Solution-oriented, independent, precise and efficient way of working.
- High affinity and interest in the IT and online industry.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Excellent French skills.
- Very good English skills, German is an advantage.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility of all sales administrative activities including but not limited to closing, compiling statistics, correcting invoices, communicating and billing with intermediaries.
- Responsibility for the seamless activation of products and services, coordination in the creation of an interface incl. ticketing to Product Support (2nd level).
- (Proactive) First level B2B customer support by phone, email, chat and video.
- Implementation of measures such as proactive care calls within customer satisfaction and retention campaigns.
- First level support for B2B customers on JobCloud.ai as well as support for the further development and optimization of this platform.
- Optimization of ongoing sourcing campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Tech Support.
- Support and training of B2B customers regarding our platforms and services.

- Considering the experience we are looking for this position, a reasonable salary range for a 100% position is between CHF 62'000 and 72'000.
