In order to strengthen our Europe & Africa E-Business Marketing team based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented:

Perfume E-Business Marketing Associate Manager – Europe & Africa

Reporting to the Export & E-Business Europe & Africa Manager, you work closely with her to coordinate digital marketing efforts geared to grow business, increase customer engagement, promote products and optimize the online experience. In this role, you manage the implementation and development of marketing plans to fulfill the e-business vision and strategy to achieve sales and door productivity goals while contributing to Brand Elevation.

Accountabilities

Strategy & tools

You actively contribute to the e-business strategy definition for the area, manage and develop the tools for deploying this strategy (Masterfile, guidelines, toolbox). You ensure brand compliance and efficient e-merchandising through frequent e-stores visits. You suggest, develop and implement digital projects to elevate the online Brand image and Customer Experience.

Partners & relationships

You work with various internal partners (Corporate digital teams, E-Business Sales team) and external partners: E-tailers (direct management)

• You define efficient E-trade strategy and manage the marketing budget

• You focus on investments to drive conversion & fully comply with brand elevation

• You lead marketing activations and drive the implementation of digital campaigns

• You manage the day-to-day relationship with the E-tailers and their digital teams E-retailers (management through distributors)

• You define with third-party the efficient local E-trade strategy

• You ensure the adequate investment breakdown (digital activations, portfolio, KCP)

• You make sure e-retailers network is fully compliant with our Image

Reporting & innovation

You set up and monitor both indirect and direct business digital KPIs. You track and measure programs effectiveness and perpetually optimize plans and identify best cases. In a spirit of continuous improvement, you scout the latest technologies and innovations to identify solutions that Bulgari could implement to enrich the User Experience. Finally, you lead a competition & KCP watch to feed and challenge our network of partners.

Profile

Holding a university degree in Marketing, you have at least 3 years’ experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, With a business mindset, you have a strong appeal for digital, innovation and customer experience. Dynamic and proactive, you like to work in an organized and timely manner and have the sense of priority. You are known for your excellent analytical skills and can defined as action oriented. Thanks to your good interpersonal skills and team spirit, you can easily collaborate with all partners. Finally, you master MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and have an excellent English level.
