Your main responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly reporting process and prepare management information to the Executive Board
• Manage the Group reporting timetable 
• Prepare presentations to the Executive Board and the Board of Directors
• Support the Group Accounting Director in financial consolidation and provide systems support
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual report in cooperation with the Group Accounting Director
• Act as expert of the Hero Group Business Intelligence solution including:

-Manage daily data stewardship process

-Manage month-end closing process

-Being competence center ensuring good data quality

-Maintain and improve business intelligence report solutions 

• Project management tasks to further develop the finance function

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration (Bachelor degree or higher), preferably with a specialization in Finance / Controlling
• Some professional experience in finance is a plus, preferably in an international environment
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
