Office Secretary with RUSSIAN and ENGLISH
Specialists in the recruitment and selection of permanent and temporary personnel in various economic sectors, we have been existing in Switzerland for over 60 years with more than 300 employees in more than 40 branches.
For an important company, we are looking for the following profile:
• Reception and Front Office management: welcome guests and clients, deal with incoming phone calls and emails.
• Manage, prepare, and take care of meeting rooms and common spaces, maintaining supplies of sta-tionery, equipment, soft drinks.
• Organize shipments and couriers.
• Arrange business trips, accommodations, transportation, registration to company’s representatives’ conferences for employees and/or guests.
• Support in preparing documents for travel visas and passports.
• Check and archive original contracts of sales and transport in English and Russian following different department instructions.
• Support to various departments in preparation and sending of invoices and documents for custom dec-laration.
• Registration of administrative invoices in the system.
• General Secretary activities and archive of various documentation (trade finance, accounting, and lo-gistic department, etc.).
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Be mature and have a confident personality with good organizational and administrative skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of Russian language is considered a plus.
• Precise, accurate, attentive to details, reliable, responsible, with polite attitude and very high level of discretion.
• High level of flexibility.
• Resident in Lugano area is preferable.
• Team oriented with excellent communication skills.
