Customer Service Employee 50% (afternoon)- ENG - Fix term

For our estimated client, we are looking for a customer service employee, with immediate availability and 2-3 years experience in the role.
Tasks:
Order Management:- Responsible for input, tracking, accuracy, and dispatch of the orders.
- Coordinates order processing internally and with customers, communicating lead times, delays, problems, and changes with customers and the sales team.
- Manages the processing of credit and debit memos.
Interdepartmental Operations:
- Works closely with sales, supply chain, and operating departments to meet customer requirements.
- Builds interface and coordinates with operating departments on customer inquiries.
Support:
- Supports the sales team, sales agents, and customers.
PROFILE:
- Commercial studies
- Full proficiency in English and Italian
- 2/3 years experience in Customer Service in industrial companies
- Experience in Logistics and Shipping coordination
- Good IT skills
- Team player
