As Workplace Operations Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are part of our Workplace Engineering Team and provide Windows Endpoint related infrastructure services. 

• Ensure life cycle management of OS, drivers, protection and third-party software on endpoints
• Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support of our services (dispatching, fixing and monitoring using incident management tool)
• Perform compliance reports (policies, monitoring, patching, endpoint protection, threat protection) in the workplace environment
• Setup and distribute applications on endpoints
• Design, deploy and maintain components of the VDI solution, including hardware and software
• Implement security requirements (policies, compliance monitoring, patching, endpoint protection, advanced threat protection) in the workplace environment
• Install and manage application servers related to the endpoint infrastructure
• Support the on-call organization as a member

• Professional qualification as IT specialist
• 3 years of practical experience in the field of Workplace Engineering
• Successful track record in ITIL methodology v3 at least
• Good knowledge in VDI environments
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, SCCM, GPOs, AD, and PowerShell is required
• Hands-on mentality 
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
