We are currently seeking a data specialist - trial management system (20%) for our customer, Nestlé Research Center & Development Center in Konolfingen. The position is available starting from July or August 2024.

At the Nestlé Research & Development Center in Konolfingen (Bern), Switzerland, new products, processes, and packaging concepts are developed in the areas of Milk and Nutrition for Nestlé worldwide. Additionally, technical assistance and engineering support are provided to factories.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data in Nestlé Trial Management System for bench and pilot scale trials, under guidance of product developers
  • Recipe data
  • Process data
  • Analysis requests
  • Dispatch samples
  • Batch release requests including follow up in order to ensure all materials are delivered in time
  • Extract results

Education and experience

• Federal VET diploma as Laboratory Technician or equivalent
• Experience in food technology or food science is a plus
• Previous experience in another laboratory or analytical environment is a plus
• Solid knowledge of English and German
