Interim Data Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) 100%
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CIO and other key stakeholders to assess current data landscape, identify gaps, and define strategic objectives for data management and utilization.
- Lead the development of a group-wide data strategy that encompasses data governance, data quality, data architecture, data integration, and data analytics.
- Provide expertise and guidance on emerging technologies and best practices in data management and analytics to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Work cross-functionally with business units to understand their data needs and requirements, and ensure alignment with the overall data strategy.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of the data strategy implementation.
- Develop a roadmap for executing the data strategy, including prioritization of initiatives, resource allocation, and timeline for implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the CIO and senior leadership in implementing and monitoring the data strategy, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in data management and analytics, and integrate relevant insights into the data strategy.
Qualification:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies in complex organizations, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data architecture, data quality management, and data analytics.
- Experience working with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate future data needs and proactively address challenges.
- Advanced degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English & French.
- Team-oriented with leadership capabilities.
