Job Title: International Spa Trainer
Job Type: Free lance
Hierarchy: International Training Manager
Your missions: Promote the brand by spreading our brand values and know-how, promoting skills development, while actively participating in the development of sales.
- Train our international Spa partners and distributors around the world by running training courses in English (on site & online)
- Travel on the premises to ensure the training sessions as per partners’ needs and to sharpen brand knowledge and know-how
- Prepare the next training courses, ensure to have all is needed (products, training books, device, gifts, diplomas…) and work with anticipation
- Conveying the company’s DNA and values through your daily commitment
- Help our partners to improve their skills through the appropriate dissemination of product knowledge, manual techniques and sales techniques
- Initiate, lead and organize trainings
- Prepare the travel plans with the International Training Manager (flights, hotels, travel details, expenses…
- Be proactive in feeding back information gathered from countries (competition, market, products reviews, benchmark, Spa Business trends…)
- Ensure accurate reporting of your actions to the training department
- Ensure proactive actions and follow ups after training courses based on comments and needs expressed by the partners
- Liaise with the International Training Manager and coordinate Masterclass, Spa animations & events (products launches, pop-up, brand discovery…)
- Liaise with the Marketing team for all related projects and requests
- Bring support to the Marketing team to coordinate press visits and international events
Your profile
- Graduate/ diploma Cosmetics / at least 3 years’ experience as therapist in luxury spa and Training
- You are highly adaptable
- Your ability to listen, your open-mindedness and your interpersonal skills enable to address different audiences
- Excellent English, fluent French is a strong advantage
- Commitment, accuracy and trustful
- You have a passion for travel, and you thrive on frequent travel
- Available and mobile, you are organized, meticulous and efficient

- Proactivity, anticipation
- Ability to work under pressure
