Global Commissioning & Qualification Manager (temp. for 2 years)
Do you want to become a member of our Engineering organization and work on a next level commissioning and qualification system with a global impact? In this role you will be part of the Global Engineering PTAM Center of Excellence for Project Management with focus on Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q).
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Work on the development of global C&Q templates and procedures
Support the approved Qualification Network Project in order to simplify and implement global C&Q standards according to ASME 2500 & ISPE, enabling cost & time reduction
Contributing to the development and implementation of global standardized qualification packages for new technologies
Creation of communication & training materials to support the roll-out and provide trainings
You have a University Degree (Masters; minimum Bachelors) in Engineering (Process, Pharmaceutical, Biochemical or equivalent), in pharmaceutical manufacturing and technology or in natural sciences. We are looking for a pragmatic, positive, out of the box thinker. You also have some years (5+) of sound hands-on experience in design, commissioning and/or qualification of pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing facilities and systems.
In addition you will bring the following skills and experience:
Good knowledge of Pharmaceuticals and of global regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH)
Ability to listen and identify best practices, with a sense for most efficient and effective processes
Ability to clearly communicate to customers, partners and project team members
Project management skills and ability to deliver on agreed timelines
Affinity to digitalized work processes
Proficient knowledge of English (written & spoken), German and other additional languages a plus
This role requires flexibility for occasional domestic and international travel.
This role can be based in Basel, Mannheim or Penzberg.
