Performance & Reward Specialist (m/f/d)

As Performance & Reward Specialist (m/f/d) you will manage and support global compensation processes, suggest and implement process improvements based on data and process analysis and actively participate in global Performance & Reward projects.

 

Position duties:

  • Manage and support Compensation Processes such as Salary Review, Short-Term Incentive Plans, Long-Term Incentive Plans, Benchmarking & Paybands
  • Support Performance Management Process 
  • Process documentation, enhancement and training
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders
  • Submit compensation data for global benchmark surveys
  • Creation of termsheets for management positions
  • Ad hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Support projects     

Requirements:  

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Accounting, Finance
  • Several years of Compensation or Benefits experience or a HR Generalist with experience working in the area of Compensation and Benefits
  • Technical expertise in compensation and benefits principles, practices and compliance requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point is essential
  • Fully trustworthy, able to handle sensitive information
  • Fluency in English, German a plus
