Performance & Reward Specialist (m/f/d)
As Performance & Reward Specialist (m/f/d) you will manage and support global compensation processes, suggest and implement process improvements based on data and process analysis and actively participate in global Performance & Reward projects.
Manage and support Compensation Processes such as Salary Review, Short-Term Incentive Plans, Long-Term Incentive Plans, Benchmarking & Paybands
Support Performance Management Process
Process documentation, enhancement and training
Communicate with relevant stakeholders
Submit compensation data for global benchmark surveys
Creation of termsheets for management positions
Ad hoc Reporting and Analysis
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Accounting, Finance
Several years of Compensation or Benefits experience or a HR Generalist with experience working in the area of Compensation and Benefits
Technical expertise in compensation and benefits principles, practices and compliance requirements
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point is essential
Fully trustworthy, able to handle sensitive information
Fluency in English, German a plus
