JUNIOR GLOBAL SALES MANAGER:IN 100%

YOUR TASKS

  • Investigate the markets with respect to customer needs, technical trends and competitors
  • Answer customer inquiries on equipment and services, negotiate with the stakeholders
  • Participate to the elaboration and implement the group’s sales and marketing policy
  • Maintain customer and prospect data (contacts, documents, offers in the CRM/ERP system)
  • Manage and develop customer relationship as well as representatives and agents
  • Participate actively in exhibitions, conferences, B2B business conventions
  • Contribute to the yearly budget and quarterly reforecast

YOUR KNOWLEDGE, YOUR SKILLS, YOUR PERSONALITY

  • Technical background in an industry sector (for instance equipment manufacturing, metallurgy or chemistry for at least 5 years) with a proven track record of business development
  • Sales mindset, communication capabilities (team player) and consensus building
  • Material science / Chemistry / Metallurgy competencies is an advantage
  • Starting from Fachhochschulen (HF) up to University (Bachelor or Master) or similar reached by extensive professional experience
  • Languages : European mother language + fluent in EN, a 3rd language is an asset (for instance Spanish, Mandarin,…)
  • General technical interest, driver for innovation, digital flair and computer abilities (MS Office, CRM, ERP System)
  • Willing and ready to travel at least 50% worldwide
  • Complementary education in business, economics or management an asset
