We are a Public Relations agency specialised in Litigation PR and Crisis Management, operating in Switzerland and on the international stage. We are recruiting a dynamic and resourceful Junior Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis, to work for a prominent client based in the Caucasus region.
Junior Consultant
As a junior consultant, you will work closely with the lead advisor to implement existing strategies tailored for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Forge and nurture exclusive connections with local authorities.
- Collaborate with on-site teams (consultants, legal advisors, etc.).
- Monitor progress daily.
- Proactively propose new actions and measures.
- Imagine alternative solutions.
- Ensure customer relations by acting as a trusted partner.
- Prepare monthly status reports.
- Collaboratively develop and execute client-centric strategies and action plans with the project management team.
- Ultimately, establish customer strategies with the lead advisor and ensure implementation of the action plan.
Profile:
- Fluent in English and Azeri, both written and spoken, is absolutely mandatory.
- Holder of master’s degree, showcasing a strong academic background.
- Demonstrated experience and deep-rooted understanding of the Caucasus region, including its political landscape, geopolitical climate, and socio-economic conditions.
- Person who embodies discretion, adaptability, and a keen desire for professional growth.
- Proficient in foreseeing challenges, prioritizing tasks, and innovating solutions.
- Keen ability to comprehend and respond to client needs.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, with superior verbal and written communication prowess.
- Exceptional analytical and report-writing skills.
