We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to collaborate with teams, create compelling business cases, and drive impactful presentations in the ICT sector. If you have a proven track record in executing successful go-to-market plans and are adept at fostering key relationships, apply now to join our innovative team.
Value Proposition Development:
- Gather customer and market insights from stakeholders to create compelling value propositions combining B2B telco services with ICT services like Cloud, Cybersecurity, Workplace as a service, IoT, MPN, Industry 4.0, etc.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the developed ICT value propositions address business client needs and relevant market potential
- Create compelling business cases and develop impactful presentations to communicate value propositions effectively to various internal stakeholders
Go-to-Market:
- Develop and execute tailored go-to-market plans for different business sectors
- Identify market segments and establish effective channel strategies with marketing and sales teams
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, establish metrics to measure success, adapting strategies accordingly
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure unified market positioning
- Provide training and support to sales teams for effective articulation of value propositions
- Foster relationships with key clients and partners to strengthen market position and continuous development for propositions
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or marketing
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies within the ICT -business sector (Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, Industry 4.0)
- In-depth knowledge in the ICT sector, business technology needs, services, and market dynamics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills combined with presentation skills and public speaking
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Fluent English
