HR Administration Assistant
Job Description
Comprehensive administrative support to the senior Human Resources team lead;
Application management, including arranging interviews and maintaining correspondence with candidates and recruitment agencies;
Process ad-hoc employee and stakeholder requests;
Draft reference letters and contractual documents in German and English;
Responsible for the joiners and leavers process including the onboarding of new employees;
Obtain work and residence permits for new joiners;
Support the relocation process for new joiners and staff members;
Data entry and data maintenance in HR tools;
Create and analyze reports;
Participate in HR projects in close cooperation with HR team lead.
Requirements
Commercial apprenticeship (KV), high school diploma or bachelor's degree;
Further education or certification in HR administration is an advantage;
Relevant working experience in a similar function in an international environment, ideally within the financial industry;
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Workday is a plus;
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken;
Pleasant and well-balanced team player;
Personality who enjoys representing administrative HR tasks and with a strong service orientation;
Trustworthy, discreet and self-dependent personality with an accurate and diligent working style.
Home Office: after the successful probation period you will meet your colleagues three days in the office and have the option to work two days a week in the home office in Switzerland. Additionally, you get a Home Office allowance;
