The Role:The Deputy School Director is a pivotal position within the School Council (Leadership Team) and entails overseeing the safeguarding and wellbeing teams to cultivate a nurturing, values-driven environment for students. This involves fostering a sense of achievement, belonging, and worth for each student. Additionally, the Deputy School Director is an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), working alongside the School Director, CFO/COO, and other Deputy School Director. Aiglon, distinguished by its philosophy and ethos, prioritises the holistic development of every child.
