Associated Service Project Manager (80-100%)
In this role, you will assume responsibility for achieving the technical, scheduling, and financial project goals related to the successful implementation of services for medium voltage and low-voltage switchgear. - Assume project responsibility for services related to medium and low-voltage switchgear and electrical distribution systems, taking into account all technical, scheduling, and commercial objectives
- Proactively communicate with customers, suppliers, and company units, in addition to coordinating tasks
- Manage activities in accordance with the project plan and processes
- Continuously monitor project progress and update plans as required
- Issue project progress reports
- Prepare quotations and support service sales
- Create service and maintenance concepts
- Oversee maintenance contracts through end-to-end management of customers or their production sites
- Close collaboration with the local sales manager to ensure an efficient customer support
- Solid degree in a technical specialization or vocational training (e.g. electrician, electrical engineer, automation engineer) with corresponding further training at HF or FH level (or equivalent)
- Technical background in the field of medium-voltage and/or low-voltage switchgear. Professional experience in project management or field service is of advantage
- French language skills and English or German. You will work with French-speaking customers and coordinate internal suppliers and colleagues in English or German
- Flexible personality with demonstrable organizational and leadership abilities, together with good communication skills and the capacity to remain focused in a dynamic environment
- You are responsive, customer-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
