Group Legal Counsel
As Group Legal Counsel, you will act as a key partner and report to the SVP Group General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. You will manage group corporate matters, regulatory and governance topics as well as support on corporate sustainability/ESG topics. You will support the Company Secretary with matters relating to the BoD and shareholders. As member of the global Legal & Compliance team, you will also work on global legal projects and strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a broad range of legal topics, including corporate, governance, corporate and finance transactions and regulatory.
- Advice on questions related to the company's listing on SIX Swiss Exchange and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and reporting obligations.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of Board of Directors meetings and shareholder meetings, including the organization of the annual general meeting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on corporate responsibility and ESG initiatives and reporting at both the Swiss and global levels.
Your Qualifications:
- You have a Master’s in Law from a Swiss university, an additional LL.M. from a reputable university abroad is a plus
- You passed the bar in Switzerland
- You have 5+ years of experience with a reputable law firm and preferably also with multinational public company
- You are business fluent in German and English
- You are hands-on, proactive and able to drive interdisciplinary collaboration
- You enjoy working on a broad range of topics in a global and intercultural environment
- You have excellent communication skills
- You possess strong organizational skills and excel in prioritizing tasks effectively
- You are adaptable and a quick learner
