We are currently looking for a new addition in our internal HR team and for our next

HR Business Partner at Randstad Switzerland
main responsibilities

As an HR manager, you liaise between the operations and the management of Randstad and will have to promote the most important asset that our company has, namely 'our people'. You are close to the business and thrive in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple stakeholders.   • Business Partnering with the business to further develop the attractiveness of Randstad as a great workplace.
  • Responsible for the operational support of the division, including workforce planning, advice on succession planning and performance management, employee development, and recruiting. Supporting the line manager to drive and execute the overall people strategy.
  • Providing expert advice and support to line managers in their management activities along the employee life cycle with a focus on recruiting specialists and managers as well as advising on complex support cases.
  • Coaching on performance and potential assessments, supporting team leaders and individuals in their professional and personal development.
  • Responsible for the area of employer branding with the development of the employee value proposition and further development of the internal and external brand image for employees and potential candidates.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing HR projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Development and optimization of HR tools and processes in the assigned HR competence areas and responsibility for the corresponding project plans.
  • Further development of the Randstad HR roadmap.

What you will need to bring preferably to be successful in this job:

  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a dynamic environment, working with a mix of short term and long term objectives

  • Strong working knowledge of sourcing/recruitment practices and employment law and the ability to apply to a variety of situations using a common-sense approach

  • Ability to influence leaders, to create buy-in by building strong (commercial) relationships

  • You act as a role model for the organization when it comes to our values and new HR practices, continuous learning, and experimenting

  • The speed of our environment asks for an ability to generate effective solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented

  • You demonstrate an understanding of personalities and behavioral styles in order to work collaboratively with a variety of people and to make informed decisions around resourcing, reporting structures, and relationships

  • Effectively plans ahead to anticipate problems

  • Demonstrates passion - approaches all tasks in an enthusiastic way.

  • Committed to upholding professional standards and an integer way of working
