KAM/Sales Representative Orthopedics (m/w) / Fest

We are seeking a relationship-focused, self-motivated KAM/Sales Representative who takes pride in delivering excellent services to clients. You have a technical/commercial/medical background and gained several years of sales/consulting/KAM expertise in similar positions (e.g. KAM, Sales Representative, Product Specialist), ideally in the Region of Ticino. Your experience includes Health Care/Pharma/Medical Sales and you ideally have a proven track record in Medical Devices, ev. Orthopaedics. You are an open minded personality with strong interpersonal skills and are fluent in Italian and one other language (English/German/French). Excellent communication/negotiation skills are key for this role as well as the ability to influence others positively.

In this function you act as a trusted partner to your clients through the account management, sale and consulting of your product portfolio in Medical Devices (Orthopedics) in the Region of Ticino. You will educate customers, promote the brand of your company and build relationships with leading health and medical institutions/organizations (clinics, hospitals etc.). You will manage existing key accounts (C-level to clinicians) and build new relationships with customers based on your profound consulting/sales/medical expertise, your networking skills and open minded personality. You will provide technical support regarding Orthopedic surgery, train medical staff (e.g. Surgeons, clinical specialists) and lead sales conversations/pitches. Further you will take part of meetings, medical congresses and events and work in close collaboration with related business divisions such as Product Management, Marketing, Clinical Specialists. Another important part of your role is the support/creation of market development strategies, provide input concerning product innovations/new product introductions and to contribute in various internal projects (e.g. optimization of internal processes). You will analyze market data, be part of strategic account planning and will create reports on sales activities (KPI etc.).
