• Completed Bachelor's degree with outstanding grades
• Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Outstanding analytical skills, capability for critical-thinking and the ability to learn fast and process complex information
• Basic understanding of machine learning and generative artificial intelligence and its implications regarding risk, security and legal aspects
• Previous internship experience in industry within a related field or in consulting
• Experience in a project leadership role (academic, professional, or extracurricular)
• Ideally experience in the field of compliance, data Governance or information security
• Ideally Experience in a corporation working with senior management
• Technical affinity, ideally coding experience
• Fluent English and German communication skills, both written and verbal
