Lufthansa Aviation Training (LAT) ranks among the global leaders in the field of flight training and employs a staff of around 700 at ten training locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the USA. Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland AG (LAT CH), with a total of around 300 employees, is part of the Lufthansa Aviation Training Group. At the LAT Training Center in Zurich-Opfikon, around 8’000 graduates undergo their initial and further training as cockpit and cabin crews every year. This also includes basic pilot training at the European Flight Academy in Zurich (theory) and Grenchen (practice). LAT Switzerland's customers include SWISS, Edelweiss, other airlines as well as Rega and the Swiss Air Force. The training and further education of flying personnel includes various mandatory Safety, Dangerous Goods & Security courses. For this area, which is part of the Safety & Service Training division, we are looking for an instructor to strengthen our team.
- Competent and practical transfer of safety-relevant specialist knowledge in the classroom and on the training equipment for cabin crew members of Lufthansa Group Airlines
- Development of training concepts and course programs together with the responsible person in compliance with legal requirements and customer requirements
- Participation in training projects in the area of cabin crew training
- Completed vocational training and at least two years of work experience as a cabin crew member
- Due to further education or in-depth engagement with the topic, you possess expertise in the field of Safety & Security and ideally have experience in adult education
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as confidence in using MS Office programs
- If you also have the flexibility to work evenings or weekends, we should get to know each other
