Our mission

Regarding the strong development of its Business Information Services, Coface is recruiting a Lead Generation Specialist

Role purpose:

As part of a high-performance, dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing customer acquisition for BI. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Lead Generation Specialist

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Explore and use various channel including emailing, social media, telemarketing…
  • Implement lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer personas and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, provide regular reports and insights to sales and marketing teams and set-up action plans.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead generation processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Education:

  • Higher education Degree level (business school or university).- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems and Microsfoft Office

Experience:

  • At least 8 years' experience in lead generation and marketing acquisition in a B2B environment

Competencies:

  • Fluency in German and English; fluency in another language is an asset (French / Italian).
  • Knowledge of the BtoB information universe is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international and matrix environment, with a marked interest in working in project mode
