Our mission
Regarding the strong development of its Business Information Services, Coface is recruiting a Lead Generation Specialist
Role purpose:
As part of a high-performance, dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing customer acquisition for BI. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Explore and use various channel including emailing, social media, telemarketing…
- Implement lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer personas and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
- Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, provide regular reports and insights to sales and marketing teams and set-up action plans.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead generation processes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Education:
- Higher education Degree level (business school or university).- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems and Microsfoft Office
Experience:
- At least 8 years' experience in lead generation and marketing acquisition in a B2B environment
Competencies:
- Fluency in German and English; fluency in another language is an asset (French / Italian).
- Knowledge of the BtoB information universe is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international and matrix environment, with a marked interest in working in project mode
