Position: Team Leader IT Services SPCS

The Manager IT ServicesSales Processes and Customer Support (SPCS) is responsible for leading a team of developers and architects to design, implementation and testing of the components of the u-blox CRM system and related applications and services. The SPCS team is focused on applications and services for Sales Processes and Customer Support.

Your Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Design, develop, integrate, test and deployment of Salesforce solutions
  • HR / Line management responsibilities including: Team organization, hiring, annual review process, objective setting to ensure ongoing support coverage, ensure good communication within the team, ongoing staff development and training
  • Participate in project and program collaborations
  • Independent breakdown of work-packages and tasks
  • Able to write documentation with high quality standard for the different phases of software life cycle
  • Support to improve our code quality with unit tests, automation and performing code reviews
  • Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs
  • Drive resolution of all issues that come up during development
  • Report project status to key partners throughout the entire development process of a project to the necessary stakeholdersProvide all level of support for internal customers in collaboration with team members
  • Assist other team members with technical questions on the job
  • Improve and build solutions to address technical debt or architectural gaps

Skills and Experience
  • BSc/MSc degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science
  • Proven and strong experience in Salesforce development using APEX, Lightning, VisualForce, SOQL, and Salesforce administration
  • 5+ years of experience as a team leader of similar sized teams
  • 10+ years of experience in IT to understand and classify raised issues related to internal applications
  • Vendor management
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logical problems
  • Experience in database handling (MySQL, Percona) is a plus
  • Hands on and “can do” attitude in combination with a positive mindset
  • Follow technology latest trends and show enthusiasm for Salesforce Products
  • Being open-minded and able to quickly adapt to new problem domains
  • Understand business requirements and processes by liaising with stakeholders from various internal departments
  • Strong communication skills and effective problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and independently
  • Very good English skills, both spoken and written, any other language is a plus
  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen or resident with valid work permit for Switzerland
