As Executive Assistant and Office Manager (Spanish, English and French), you will be responsible for providing first-class administrative and organisational support to the management team.
You serve as a central point of contact for various request within the company, contributing to high level of coordination and great service.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Coordinate the calendars, meetings and travel arrangements
- Edit the expense reports
- Handle the travels and appointments (Visa request etc)
- Handle personal correspondence and communications
- Organization of management internal and external meetings (A to Z)
- Organization of all the building and cleaning matters
- Handle all office administration in a great manner
Votre profil :
- You have solid experience as an executive assistant, able to manage multiple tasks
- Exhibit task prioritization abilities, flexibility, and relevant experience to handle daily challenges efficiently.
- Service and solution-oriented mindset.
- Enjoy working independently, with a team spirit, and proactively.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish and French
- Good knowledge of IT tools such as Microsoft Office is also required.
