Hr administrative assistant - geneva

Our dedicated HR team is looking for an experienced HR Administrative Assistant until the end of 2024. We seek bright, talented and motivated candidates, with a passion for HR, close attention to detail, and a real desire to be part of a dynamic international environment. Reporting to the Head of HR and working as part of a team, the HR Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support in respect of the entire employee life cycle.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Using internal HRIS to ensure all data is recorded and kept up-to-date;
  • Providing information and reports to the HR team;
  • Monitoring and coordination of holiday requests and approvals, working hours, compensatory leave, time recording, overtime obligations, and absences;
  • Contributing to the efficient day-to-day operation of the HR function;
  • Assisting on ad hoc HR projects as required;
  • Filing and archiving of documents.

What we look for:

  • Experience in an administrative role in Switzerland required; experience in HR or in a law firm/comparable environment would be an advantage;
  • Swiss HR certificate (HRSE) or commercial apprenticeship;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in a team as well as autonomously;
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service;
  • Responsive, pro-active, with a strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities;
  • Native or near-native level French and excellent written and oral English imperative; German language skills is a strong asset;
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT) and HRIS software (e.g. Personio).
