Working across the Swiss and EMEA booking centres (ex UK), the job holder will be responsible of designing and leading broad impact sales initiatives, communication strategy and face-to-face client activities to commercialize Prism Advisory proposition.
Prism is the Bank’s portfolio construction and investment gateway to all asset types, products and investment solutions (including Discretionary and ALTS). Enabled by BlackRock Aladdin technology platform and its underpinning investment and risk management processes.

What you will do:

Sales Enablement:

  • Build & enhance the Advisory proposition to enable commercialization of the offering across all client segments, with a specific focus on UHNW clients (notably in CH and France).
  • Contribute to the strengthening of the global ADV platform and the PRISM proposition by taking active part to key global initiatives, representing CH and EMEA in thought leadership for the development of sales enablement activities.
  • In close collaboration with EMEA Distribution and Sales Management team, responsible for enabling the front office to execute the Growth plan strategy by taking part to client planning activities.
  • For that purpose, work closely with Market Heads and RMS to identify most impactful business opportunities, organise follow up and track progress. This can include the organisation of business readiness activities and external events, and leverage existing and upcoming communication channels (eg digital).
  • Lead discussions for Advisory across pricing, regulatory topics and processes that will impact the overall Advisory Proposition for the business.

Platform and Proposition Evolution:

  • Act as the main point of contact for collecting, prioritizing and driving platform evolution to increase sales impact collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Relationship Managers/Investment Counsellors, IWS Product Specialists) as well as with end clients.
  • Contribute to enhancements with goal of improving users and clients’ experience, efficiently using resources to provide fair outcomes to clients and increase their satisfaction.
  • Develop the quality and content of client materials/portfolio reviews/pitches, delivering them in a way which enhances the client experience over the long run.
  • Communicate changes to Front Office, Investment Counsellors on a timely basis.

Framework and Processes:

  • Identify specific processes and/or policies to be challenged by suggesting enhanced ways of working and new policies to improve adoption.
  • Work with IWS Leadership team, Product Management, Legal and compliance and any other relevant teams to energetically support the Conduct Agenda and adherence to Sales Quality Standards.
  • Support for Group lead initiatives in coordination with relevant global teams.

Measurements:

  • Achieve growth targets for both AUM and revenues in Prism.
  • Increase FO usage of Prism and Aladdin, Number of client meetings for pitch and review, Number of desk meetings.
  • Number of global/local sales initiatives, include FO training, sales enablement and business readiness activities.
  • Respond to feedback from clients and Front Office teams with respect to any aspects of the Advisory Proposition, Clients and users’ satisfaction surveys.
  • New Capabilities are delivered and commercialized according to the roadmap, proposition enhancements visibility.

You should apply if you have:

  • Minimum of 7 years of investment experience, in similar client facing and specialized sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of asset allocation models and portfolio construction methodologies and risk analytics.
  • Proven oral and presentation skills in dealing with internal and external clients.
  • Have proven sales skills in understanding drivers of new business, and how to interact with clients and prospects, notably UHNW clients and Family Offices.
  • Experience interacting with cross functional internal stakeholders, i.e. Front Office, Investment Specialists, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Sales Management teams.
  • Resourceful and self-sufficient, highly collaborative. with the ability to quickly adapt to new strategic developments.
  • Fluent in English, French a plus.
  • Degree in Finance and/or CFA preferred.
