Global CRM Manager

In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:


The Global CRM Manager will be responsible for interfacing with sales teams to deliver improved field enablement capabilities. This role will be supporting various initiatives for Commercial teams and will be collaborating with internal business team like Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and IT to design a holistic solution.

 

 

Your tasks :

 

  • In partnership with VP – develop and execute data-driven, omni-touch point CRM strategies to drive sales, loyalty and detailed segmentation.
  • Defining key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness.
  • Work with Marketing team on incorporating CRM plans & programs into 360 Marketing strategies, directives and recaps.
  • Works with leadership to establish long term strategies for building and growing client relationships.
  • Management of CRM capabilities road map, implementation of new CRM technology, and the automation of system and list processes.
  • Ensures projects are executed according to the plan and are of the highest standards to support long-term relationships with clients.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of projects, programs and tactics that support the Business Operations area through the Veeva platform.
  • Develop comprehensive clienteling strategy and tools to support sales advisors.
  • Work closely with IT and engineering teams and third-party partners to implement an appropriate data infrastructure and functionality to power the communications engine.
  • Build and lead a team of campaign managers responsible for mapping consumer experience journeys to identify high-impact moments to connect and provide courteous & useful communications to customers.
  • Create and execute communication initiatives that improve key performance indicators across onboarding, engagement, retention and sales.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends as they relate to database management, lead acquisition, customer segmentation, and technological advancements.
  • Manage and analyze our customer information within the CRM database.
  • Monitor the performance and KPIs of all CRM activities, perform deep dive analysis involving important CRM related KPIs.
  • Provide access to analytics tools for managers through data visualizations, dashboards and reporting.
  • Lead initiatives to acquire new data and additional sources of existing fan data to be added to the database.
  • Looking for actionable opportunities to maximize sales results.
  • Motivate and coach the sales teams to reach the business and CRM goals.
  • Ensure the sales person are updated on data collection techniques.
  • Define and execute new and existing procedures in order to optimize on existing resources and tools.

 

Your profile :

  • You have a solid educational background (bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing communications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with sales force and data driven
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills across all levels
  • Able to rapidly adapt to changing environment and circumstances
  • Fluent in English. French knowledge is a strong plus
