Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that staff members and students evolve in a safe, secure and comfortable environment while maintening high standards and respecting the rules & regulations set by the management.
Act as a mediator between school management and students due to the responsibilities which occur around the clock and 7 days a week
Carry out building and room checks through in-person control or CCTV
Apply fire evacuation procedures. Operate the fire alarm panels and ensure the maintenance of Fire safety equipment
Provide basic first aid in case of emergencies and be fully aware of procedures for emergency transport(Taxi vs Ambulance)
Report any incidents, sickness or injuries using the correct operational standard report format and informing relevant people.
Issue equipment and keys to students/staff as per standard operational procedures
Receive and process visitors on campus as per visitor policy - issuing visitor passes, meal vouchers and any other documentation to visitors entering or leaving the building
Skills :
Fluent in English, French a strong asset
Driving license
Ability to communicate and understand students form different cultures and to maintain a professional attitude in stressful and challenging situations
Excellent presentation
Sense of responsibilities and ability to work independently
First Aid Certificate an asset
Empty criminal record
Flexibility to work during nights, weekends and bank holidays
